We currently live in a culture where trauma dumping is a thing. I'm currently navigating when and how to share things about myself as I'm usually uncomfortable with it lately. People around me have been very open and so I'm sharing more with them. If I keep quiet I end up playing the role of the wise sage where people think I have it all together and they just end up asking me for advice. I think when things feel like an equal sharing and advising/praying, thats when the relationship dynamics feel best to me.

I made the mistake of sharing all to quickly and it costs me dearly. Life is a lesson, I differently have learned.

I’m not into hiding anything or being secretive/I’m not into lying with people. And I believe in being absolutely open/vulnerable with people . And I also love being extremely extremely honest/extremely extremely transparent with people day 1. And if they are not ok/not cool with who I’m at all they have to do is tell me the truth politely/respectfully And i’m 100% really really good with that person. And I go our separate ways permanently!!!!@Lisa Bevere
