After watching this video, You’ll learn what is the crown chakra, how to open the crown chakra, how to balance the crown chakra, signs you have an overactive or underactive crown chakra, and how to know your throat chakra is blocked.
The crown chakra is the seventh chakra also known as Sahasrara. It is located on the top of the head, the color is violet, and the element is thought. This chakra is about connecting to your spirituality and being present.
