I was in Iceland when this album came out. The tears in my eyes driving through the most beautiful landscape on the planet when this song came on was just…. Magical. And it’s a moment I will never forget

I listened for the first time this album while running through the woods at midnight, I was in another world

Every Sigor Ros concert was for me like a mass, sending goose bumps over my skin and talking to a wide range of emotions. But his album is different. It's like a spirtual mass only about love, understanding, being connected, joy. It's awakening deepest positive emotions. Incredible, this is one if the best, purest, from-the-heart albums I ever heard and I'm 50 years old.

Glóð translates to "happy". Which is what I am right now.

the first time i heard this i felt like i was floating. i was crying without realising it for a little while too. the only word i can even try to use to describe this is phenomenal. i truly feel blessed to be alive to be able to hear this.

Heard this on Radio recently! It's very atmospheric and evocative...gorgeous!!

The opening song and closing one are my favourites if there's any suchlike on this album.

Does anyone think Sigur Ros is kind of disturbing? Beautiful music but it kind of creeps me out

Hate to be a dissenting voice, but that first Sigur Rós album was magic. I don't hear the magic here.

I personally feel like it's very bold for Sigur Ros to come out as homophobic with this depiction of a burning pride flag /j
