Ingredients:
450 g chicken thighs (boneless and chopped into pieces)
20 g spring onions (sliced into 2 inch)
2 tbsp. oil
100 ml water
1 medium red onion (chopped)
150 g yellow bell pepper (sliced)
Marinade:
2 tbsp. oyster sauce
2 tsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. chicken powder
1 tsp. sesame oil
Cooking Procedure:
1. In a bowl with chicken thighs, put in oyster sauce, cornstarch, chicken powder, sesame oil then mix thoroughly, set aside to marinate for 15 minutes.
2. Heat wok on medium heat, pour in the oil and saute onion until translucent.
3. Add marinated chicken thighs stir and cook for 5 minutes, then add water then simmer for 3 minutes or until sauce thickens.
4. Add yellow bell pepper and stir for seconds followed by spring onions stir again for 1 minute.
5. Turn off the stove and transfer to a serving plate.
6. Serve hot with rice and enjoy.
