Tbf he only mentioned fire once, but yeah he really does start conversations by saying "oh hey guys you know I died?". Can't imagine Sigurd would be fun at family gatherings (if he was alive that is).
My favourite part was when he turned to the camera and said “you guys can watch me die in HD when the fire emblem genealogy of the holy war remake releases on the Nintendo switch!”
Honestly I still enjoy how he was done in engage, some of his combos just hit hard, I really love him and timmerra's convo about her becoming his new family. He still do be my second favorite fe character and the first cosplay I ever did
"The pain of a grieving child is... I-iii know it well." That's like the only line delivery of Sigurd's in this game that I actually like, but holy shit does it hit home.
TBF those would get me very curious about what the hell hallen in Sigurd game. Hell, i realized what it was going to happen the moment i found out that there is a 2nd gen, and it still hit hard the first time.
I can relate to it still hitting hard even if spoiled but I still wish that the devs would be nice enough to not spoil games that are legally not playable in English. Maybe it's build for an fe4 remake as marketing the game as the game where the hero fails could be an interesting marketing technique. Time will tell I suppose.
It certainly could be a technique to draw attention to him specifically since the others makes vague comments on their games, here he pretty much summarized his game in 2 sentences and so those who don’t know Sigurd would be curious to know the how.
Perhaps, although even if it's intentional i still find it scummy that people can play Engage and just get spoiled on accident by none other than Nintendo themselves.
Watching this video makes me realize that his game really didnt came on the west so those who didnt legitimately play the game will be confuse on what on that this man was talking about.
Imagine someone not playing fe4 looking at Sigurd and thinking "Man this guys such a drama queen, I bet he's a wuss in his own game" and then plays fe4 and regrets everything. Theoretically it may have already happened for all we know
