Have you had experience with the sterno-clavicular joint protruding too far forward? This is the case for me in my left SC joint, and I feel it has caused my head to sit incorrectly on my neck. My SC joint is not dislocated; it just feels uncomfortable (and occasionally slightly painful) like it is not aligned properly, and visibly it is always larger than my right one. I have not been able to correct either the SC joint or the neck issue, both of which I have had for nearly a decade. And 2 years ago, I began experiencing what I thought was sciatica but which I now am convinced is an SI joint issue in my right SI joint. Wondering if you have found a way to realign a stubborn SC joint like mine that seems to move into place with applied pressure but won’t stay there by itself.

Hi Jerry. Thanks for all your videos. Can you explain why above the sacroiliac presents as dysfunctional yet your treatment to address this focuses on the right side ilium and sacroiliac?

That should read "why above the LEFT sacroiliac "

Jason, I treated a right anterior ilium and the wall exercise treated a left sacral torsion about a left oblique axis. I name that "left lower sacral quadrant prominent and stuck". Does this clarify?

Jerry if right leg is "shorter" than left for an inch (right hip higher), and left buttocks sticks out compared to right (left pelvis limited flexion and IR) what of your videos should I look for? Thanks in advance

Hi Jerry Does the wall excersice help any sacrum torsion.. like L on R ?
@jerryheschsr
@jerryheschsr 13 дней назад
yes, even if foam placed low as described because there is a subtle lower sacral asymmetry

That should read as "why the above LEFT side sacroiliac"
