It's a wedding song sung for brides. So yes it is real. No there isn't an english version. it is called the click song because English people cannot make the sounds necessary in the isiXhosa language. And she's ululating at the beginning - it's celebratory - you'll see Riana doing it too when she is chosen. Ma'm Miriam Makeba did this song too but this lady owns it hard. Anyway, we can be African minus lions and elephants. This is a culturally significant piece of music.

The actual name of the song is "Qongqothwane", so the white people in South Africa then couldn't pronounce it and so they called it "The Click Song".
