They have an array of transports that become Marine One when a real President is aboard. I like the old S-3. It's a classic. Upgrade engines and systems and it has no sell by date. Reagan's Marine One is in his library in Simi Valley, California if you're ever out that way. Oh, and Air Force One is there too.

@@scottw5315 Been there...seen it. Bu the Sikorsky-Boeing FVL Defiant should be the new Marine One with an enlarged fuselage. It's faster, reliable and it's a Sikorsky!

I never once saw or heard the word "Stealth" and I don't believe in coincidences ... Did anyone forget that it is the key today for all human-manned vehicles, or have people reduced its intrinsic value? I don't want a vehicle with all those advantages that are easily detectable by a hypersonic missile, a drone, or a satellite ... With all due respect, my esteemed "Sikorsky-Boeing" team: BACK to the drawing board ...

A low and fast flying helo can slip in and out of spots before being detected by any of that. It all comes down to mission planning and requirements... This fast and extended range helo looks awesome to me.

@@TheFlyingZulu Well, I respect your opinion, but - Even the most common DU ammo - Like a .50 deployed from a simple assault / sniper rifle can damage that hello. Remember what happened with the F-117...You can apply the same logic...

At night we defeat most manpads and AAA. Nap of earth and/or masked by terrain defeats most radar guided systems. No need to worry. We've been operating in high threat environments for half a century.
