INGREDIENTS:
1 KG PORK SPARE RIBS (CUT)
1/2 CUP SOY SAUCE
1/4 CUP OYSTER SAUCE
1/4 CUP TOMATO SAUCE
1 TSP BLACK GROUND PEPPER
5 HEAD GARLIC (MINCE)
2 pcs onion chopped
3 tbsp pickled relish
1 can liver spread ( 85 gr)
1 can green peas 100 gr
1 cup water
3 pcs potato (cube)
2 medium size carrot (cube)
1 bell pepper cut
1/4 cup grated cheese
small hot chilli ( optional)
