I flipped the head so it doesn't touch the tube. Some leftover automobile door edge protection stuff got added to the bottom for protection and grip on the concrete floor in my mancave/workshop so I'm good and love the pump so far. I go from fat bikes to 27.5+ eMTBs to long travel trail 29ers & my monster Kona gravel bike 👍🏻
That's a good idea. I have lots of automotive foam left over from sample boxes I can add to the pump. Overall I really like the pump and it's the one I'll use/scrach/don't worry about. I haven't been able to find out...but does this one also have the leather washer? I looked at taking the top off but it looks like it's snapped in and I figured It's not worth potentially breaking a new pump just to check.
@@shafiqjan1474 it could…I’m familiar with the old style Silca pumps before they were purchased by the American guy. I probably won’t touch it until it gives me issues which should be years anyways.
