So you're at your quiet appointment and the hairdresser decides to add something new to your service because they want to see how it works. You, being the trustworthy person you are of this stylist, agree when they show you the product by nodding your head. You're on your phone texting. They continue with the service as usual. You love the outcome, tip extra, and carry on with your day. Before the week is over your hair starts to dry up and fall out. Who is at fault here? You or the hairdresser?
