Have you ever wanted to play Silent Hill?
Have you been discouraged from doing so because of its age or because it's to scary for you?
Silent Hill, a saga that has been forgotten by Konami and has been mistreated by a lot of studios. A lot of people think the first 4 games are the best of the series since they were created by Team Silent, the creators of this IP, but these games are really old and some of them can't even be played in modern systems, but don't worry, in this video I will try to explain THE WHOLE GAME as fast as possible so you don't have to deal with it, so get comfy and enjoy.

One of the greatest horror video game ever made! Incredible, very atmospheric! Really dark… like a true nightmare. What they managed to do at that moment seems brilliant to me, even to this day! wow! My favourite is SH 2 but to be honest, SH 1 is the best of all! Great explanation!

i couldn't bring myself to like silent hill 1 but that's because i didn't grow up with those kinds of graphics and controls. Silent hill 2 and 3 are fine but i couldn't for the life of me get interested in the first one

Usually, if I am watching a video that doesn't pique my interest after a minute, then I won't bother with the rest, but this was pretty damn good. I was locked in for the entirety of the video and the small edits and narration were perfect. First few videos of Silent Hill after playing DBD and man was this a good explanation, whether or not if it was in depth, it was enjoyable and that's what videos should accomplish.

Played it when it came out in ‘99, i was 10 back then and couldn’t sleep at least a month 😂 Now im 32 and still play it on my PS3 digitally from time to time.I will love this game for the rest of my life. This and the second game are the ones that i think will never get old for me,will bring them with me to my grave hahaha xD

@@DevilDogMuNky Oh i did, 3 is a masterpiece aswell, i played all of them (the first and only 4 of them to be exact) on they're day ones, 1999-2001-2003-2004. I even liked SH4 The room a lot, not at first but i gave it another chance and it really grew on me a lot.

great video, i really like that dark humor turned into pure simple jokes. i've finished game recently because it was too scary for me as a kid and it still was today so i didnt quite catch up the whole story, more like running through the game without turning behind. i should definitely re-run it in order to integrate all informations but this vid sums up pretty much everything on a chronological way it happened in the game. thanks

i just finished this game for the first time and ive got to say that i wished i was born in the 90s so i could experience the games that game out back then and still be able to experience modern ones. I see comments talking about how they played the game when it first came out and how there was no internet and just the playstation. i wish i got that feeling. I got the bad ending cuz i didnt have the liquid to save Cybil nor did i run into the doctor. For a 1999 game this was an amazing experience. I played sh2 first and now im gonna play sh3.

I just finished Silent Hill but I never played this game you are explaining! There are so many things which are missable (and I missed them) that my experience was totally different and absolutely incomprehensible. I knew nothing about the drug operation or saving Kaufman so imagine when I met Cybil at the antique shop and she started talking about drugs, it came totally out of nowhere and I suspected her to be high on some drugs. I missed like 30% of the story and I was not even rushing!

Yeah, I think this is one of those games where you need to REALLY explore every corner and tap the action input everywhere because even a tiny pixel can turn out to be something important xd. Actually, some items don’t appear in the US version of the game (no idea why)

Thank you much. After the announcement of the new games I'm finally fully getting into these games and the lore. I wish I just watched this video and saved myself the redundant gameplay and out of place drug side plot. The main plot is actually decent but is overshadowed by filler plot and being given the run around the whole game.

Lmao this is a really great summary of the story without getting too into how insane or cryptic the dialogue or cult explanations pretty great and funny vid Honestly I still wish the game would point you in the direction of the police station and bar especially since I remember most of the areas not being enterable so when I saw the bar I didn't think anything of it

I tried to stick to only the things that were in-game so it wouldn't become another one of those wiki reading explanations, and Yeah, in my first playthrough I actually stumble upon the police station because I didn't know where I was going with all the fog, so I decided to stick to the corners of the buildings.
