However, the series has received a lot of negative feedback from fans and critics, who have complained about the lag, bugs, poor gameplay, and microtransactions that affect the experience. Some have accused the series of being a cash grab that exploits the Silent Hill franchise and its loyal fanbase. The series has also been criticized for censoring certain words in the chat, such as “Konami” and “pachinko”, which are related to the controversial history of the company behind the series.
