I only have problem, I am unable to pull down the slide rule ring that circles the attack scope view. However, I believe this may be due to the fact that I have know real target for practice and am just practicing on empty water. I will have to find a real ship for a practice run.
I once had them ship identification tags below the Flaggen tab like indicated here but now I do not. I am sure I had a different version installed once upon a time. I now use the latest and greatest onealex verison. Can anyone tell me what I need to do to get them back? Take care all.
@One Alex Hi, I don't understand how you determine your 90° AOB. Do you know the target course before or its just an approximative evaluation? By the way Thanks for your great mod
you can use the angles in the recognition manual, it will show 90, 45 and 0 or 20 degree angles by going by visual sight but there is a way to calculate AOB using the attack disk.
I believe what he did was this: He determined the target course and set an intercept course to be 90 degrees to the target;s port when the target vessel passes the nose of the U-Boat. Hence why he rotates to periscope to heading 0 and sets AOB to 90 Port. This forms a right triangle. So as the scope moves to the right, each degree moved by the scope adjusts you AOB by (90 - degrees scope has moved) If the scope moved left, you would use addition instead. The TLDR version of why you can do this is because trigonometry. So as long as you set up your intercepts so that your course is perpendicular to the targets course, you can do this.
Hello, does anyone know why when I fire a torpedo it sinks immediately? It doesn't happen to me with all of them. I don't think it's a torpedo failure because I have it disabled. I appreciate the help.

One Alex. Can you help me please? I downloaded your mod but i cannot overcome the 'cannot initialize 3d engine' crash. I've overcome it with the original gwx mod and lsh3 2015 mod but cannot seem to overcome it with your mod. Im all out of ideas
@@onealex2666 Hello and thanks. I like your RAOBF tutorial best. I have been playing around with OLC Gold. He has an automatic ship Identifying system. If that was in your Mod, it would be the Perfect Mod. Since I have only 70% vision I prefer using your mod 1.5 but I have a hard time identifying the ships. Keep up the good work and advancing your mod.
