I’ve had sleep paralysis several times in my life and had the same exact hallucinations that many other people have experienced. A dark figure darting around my room. Laying there terrified but unable to speak or move, then I wake up out of it and am creeped the fuck out! There’s a documentary on sleep paralysis and it follows the accounts of some people who experience it on a nightly basis. I can’t imagine that!

Yes I have watched that documentary, it was very interesting. I had sleep paralysis on and off for a few years usually brought on by alcohol, the first time was absolutely terrifying almost exactly as you described, a dark goblin type figure running around my room tormenting me:( There are very similar accounts going back thousands of years from all over the world, all experiencing hallucinations of dark hellish creatures visiting them and being totally paralysed. very bizarre Here's a quick tip if you have it again, focus really hard on trying to wiggle your toes and you instantly wake up:)

Not a bad game but It would’ve been even more accurate if you saw the clown, the old lady with the widening mouth, the shadowy figures that come in multiples and the voices and lastly the hat man.

Holy cow you can say that again ,what made it more scary for me is that I was watching this damn vid in bed😮 on my back .......almost threw my phone threw the damn wall 😂
