Silhouette Library Image Thumbnails Not Showing Up Correctly?

A quick video sharing a "quirk" or a "bug" in the Silhouette Studio Software in version 4.4+
I explain what is happening, how you could try to make it show properly, and tips on just waiting it out. At the time of the recording, I am not recommending the v4.5 software versions where it is supposed to be "fixed". There are worse bugs in the v4.5+ versions than not being able to see the thumbnail.
UPDATE 2/15/24: If you update to a v4.5 software version, I am recommending v4.5.770

Thank you so much. I have done the retry on entire folders all at once. But what is the difference between the padlock and the check mark? My padlocks are all appearing but the checkmarks are not. At first I thought it was files I had saved of resized, separated for color etc. But some of those files are present. None of the check mark files are there and they do not appear on the design mat.

All you can do is log out of the app and then log back in and let it sync up again and see of it helps.

My problem is that any newly purchased design doesn't show up at all as a thumbnail. The design has downloaded as a zip file so I have the image. I want to be able to see a thumbnail of the design in my library. I have 4.5 version. Help!

But that is in the Silhouette software, if you are using the Silhouette Go app, there is no way to organize from there.
