I NEED HELP GUYS! My machine doesn't cut when I tried to use it tonight. It just keeps saying "CUTTING COMPLETE" even there was no cutting that happened at all. I don't know what happened. Does anybody know what's wrong with it? PLEASE HELP!!!
Edrolin Moises Check the "Cut Style" settings from the "Cut Settings" icon. See if it is set properly. Also, examine what is selected and see if nothing is selected. Nothing is broken; a setting is probably off. I googled and found the solution when mine did what yours is doing and it was a bad 'cut style'. Don't despair.
Terrible instructions for a 1st time user! I have wasted a bunch of vinyl, because you don't specify what side to cut on. The Silhouhette fed my vinyl wrong and it just kept getting caught in the rollers and jammed :/I'm really frustrated. If this is a corporate video, you need to actually explain how to use your products. Both the machine and the vinyl. Disappointed and it still didn't work!
