Basically when a person eats that pepper...they are dying as they are out of breath but at the same time the pain keeps them alive...this pepper is life.

Water doesn't make it worse for me. No matter what you drink or eat at some point nothing really helps. Especially when you eat one of the worlds hottest pepper. You just have to be a man and wait it out. After about 30 min the pain goes away. Ofcourse I'm a chilli head so my experiences might be a little different.
People in the comments acting like he's overreacting. I ate a Bhut Jolokia pepper that was dried like the one he ate (which makes it even hotter) and it feels like you're being killed by a pepper. I uploaded an old video of one of my friends taking a ghost pepper and he throws up and everything. The ghost pepper is no joke lol.

+KnownEpidemic Dried peppers are actually less hot than fresh peppers because you lose the water/juice of the pepper that makes it fresh. That "juice" is what holds a good bit of the Capsaisin (what makes a pepper hot). Dried peppers can feel just as hot cause they're dried so a piece can easily get stuck in your mouth and dont taste nearly as good as a fresh one.
