Why does this have the same feeling as that one theme from the movie Up?

The original has this sense of sadness hidden behind a sweet smile, like they wish for the day that they can be with they girlfriend and hold her close but pessimistically thinks it would never happen, writing it off as just a “silly plan” while still holding onto the hope they may be able to make it a reality. The revisit on the other hand feels like they woke up early after chatting until it got late, got all their stuff together and is sprinting to get to the airport on time so they can see their girlfriend after finally having their dream come true, then crying tears of joy while finally holding their partner close and hoping to never let go. The two perfectly contrast each other and lead into one another immaculately. I love both of these version and, in my opinion, they are both beautiful in their own way. (Edit: I didn’t know Yonkagor’s gender or pronouns so I F’ed up and just used he/him for them instead of looking it up and using the correct pronouns. I came back to fix my stupid mistake.)
