A short film showing the Waterloo Mill Engine in Silsden near Skipton. The film was believed to be shot between 1970 and 1972 before its closure. The lighting conditions were not favourable to shooting 16mm Cinefilm but its is believed to be the only known footage of this engine working. Please comment if you have any further information. Saw the date,1970, and thought it's not that old but its 54 years ago! I must be getting old😢. BTW that engine was gleaming.
