God Bless ya dude. if ya wanna drop some lbs try to cut as much added sugar & starchy carbs from your diet as possible. add an apple or pear + a tall glass of water to your lunch to fill up (instead of overstuffing) .. I've lost 90+ a few years ago and these were the 2 simplest steps beyond exercise . YOU GOT THIS
