Thank you for doing this community/spec home tour of Pulte Silverlake in Lake Alfred. I've seen this community in person and it's has so many features that are appealing to buyers. It does stand out againts the other communities just down the road. You guys have been amazing obtaining information for me to help make the out of state home buying process easy and streamlined. You guys rock!

Hopefully they put a Publix in this area with all the new houses going in... it's a pain to drive to Auburndale or Winter Haven for everything

This is 2024 the builder built house like the boxes n interior items are old scrap, they’re charged over prices

What's the flood zone in that particular area? I'm also wondering how HOA and CDD fees could increase down the line.
