It would Have been perfect if it have bottom fans intake? Then u can set the aio as exhuast as it get fresh air from the bottom I highly recomend to add bottom fan intake
No, we've extensively tested ventilation patterns to come up with the current design. Sometimes opening up more ventilation isn't always the best for overall case cooling!
If you feel SUGO 17 is a little too big, then please consider the SUGO 14, which is smaller than the SUGO 17 but still fits most 4090 cards: www.silverstonetek.com/en/product/info/computer-chassis/SUGO14/
We have started sending out samples to reviewers as we didn't want to send pre-production samples. Please also keep in mind that some reviewers will decline our review sample offer if they don't find this product interesting to them or they think their audience aren't interested in it. So if you like to see your favorite reviewers check out this case, best to let them know about it directly!
Internally, we have actually updated the SG13 now up to V3.1! But most of these updates do not affect how the case can be used or perform, they are mostly production and quality improvements. If you find SG13 lacking, we would suggest taking a look at our SUGO 16 instead as this case was designed to eventually succeed SG13 with it similar overall size and capability: www.silverstonetek.com/en/product/info/computer-chassis/SUGO16/
I do wish you had gone with uniform ventilation on all sides for cleaner aesthetics. More ventilation can also assist AIO cooling when sent to exhaust.
@OuTaHsien that's will happen in most cases anyway, since most are flow through cooler designs nowadays. I've dealt with similar layout cases. SilverStone say they've tested it, so nm ig
If you check out SUGO 17's product page, you'll see there vents on the right side of the front panel to allow for PSU to exhaust air on that side: www.silverstonetek.com/en/product/info/computer-chassis/sugo_17/
is there enough room to populate teh fourth slot while still having fans at the top? From the view at 0:44 it looks like it might be a little too small for that (unless those are thicker-than-normal fans).
For the side mount, there should be no issues, however, if you want to mount the radiator to the top of the case, there will be more limitations. Our manual details these limitation starting on page 32: www.silverstonetek.com/upload/downloads/Manual/case/Multi-SUGO17-Manual.pdf
I wish you'd made an updated FT03 mini that could fit modern GPUs. That design was brilliant and actually SFF, unlike Phanteks Shift X and CM NCore 100
In order to fit modern GPUs, a case layout like the FT03-MINI would have to grow bigger, there's really no way around it unless you sacrifice other aspects of the case such as CPU cooler support or resort to use of riser card/cable for PCIe slot. We did make a spirtiual sucessor to the FT03 / FT03-MINI with the ALTA G1M though that does fit modern GPUs comfortably (but no longer SFF). If you haven't seen it, please check it out: www.silverstonetek.com/en/product/info/computer-chassis/ALTAG1M/
Yes, you can fit one to the bottom of the case. For detailed information on this case and to download its manual, please visit SUGO 17's product page on the manufacturer website: www.silverstonetek.com/en/product/info/computer-chassis/sugo_17/
