You know what would be awesome! If your company would stop advertising any product you have when you're not willing to provide any after sales enquiries or even respond to an email in over a week? 😢 You guys have lost me as a customer! Seya

Hello, we value customer service more than advertising! If you look around, we spent far less than our competitors on ads. With that said, it's possible your email or our email did not reach you due to technical issues, so if you can, please double check with your ISP or spam box/setting to make sure they were not blocked. Our support team generally responds in 1-2 business days. You may alternatively call our US or Taiwan numbers to reach us directly: www.silverstonetek.com/en/contact/

We've extensively tested ventilation patterns to come up with the current design. Sometimes opening up more ventilation isn't always the best for overall case cooling!
is there enough room to populate teh fourth slot while still having fans at the top? From the view at 0:44 it looks like it might be a little too small for that (unless those are thicker-than-normal fans).
This case is built using thicker metal than typical PC cases, it also does not sell in the same quantities, therefore it will be more expensive. But price will continue to come down the more popular it gets.
It would Have been perfect if it have bottom fans intake? Then u can set the aio as exhuast as it get fresh air from the bottom I highly recomend to add bottom fan intake

RM52 gonna be in stock in Canada anytime soon? The RM51 is available on amazon canada, but no signs of the RM52 anywhere with its nice 360 rad support.
We do our best to convince distributors/resellers in Canada to import all of our products but ultimately they will make the decision based on their perceived demand there. So if you like to see a SilverStone be more sale in Canada, please reach out to our resellers there directly and let them know. Most of the time, customer demands work better than our recommendations to them! www.silverstonetek.com/en/where-to-buy/c_canada
@@Silverstonetech I ended up saying the heck with it and ordered it from American Amazon (which still ships to canada). Just got the RM52 delivered today. Waaaaaay over paid because of duties and extra shipping charges but I guess I couldnt help but have the front fan holes match the 360 rad I plan to put in there. Pretty silly reason to pay that much extra but... I mean its kinda already not a typical case. 😄
Would be so neat if the front panel could go through the door, like if that was an option so you could still have some mesh for dust filtering before the fans/not having to have the door open or off.
If you don't need Micro-ATX motherboard compatibility that the CS382 provide, then maybe you can consider our DS380 instead: www.scan.co.uk/products/8-bay-silverstone-ds380b-premium-small-form-factor-nas-case-with-3-fans-35-25-hdd-ssd-sata-sas-w-o-p
No, we do not buy designs. However, if you believe your design is worth selling and can secure funding on your own to pay us, our OEM / ODM team will be happy to assist in manufacturing the cases for you: www.silverstonetek.com/online/OEM/home.html
Internally, we have actually updated the SG13 now up to V3.1! But most of these updates do not affect how the case can be used or perform, they are mostly production and quality improvements. If you find SG13 lacking, we would suggest taking a look at our SUGO 16 instead as this case was designed to eventually succeed SG13 with it similar overall size and capability: www.silverstonetek.com/en/product/info/computer-chassis/SUGO16/
If you check out SUGO 17's product page, you'll see there vents on the right side of the front panel to allow for PSU to exhaust air on that side: www.silverstonetek.com/en/product/info/computer-chassis/sugo_17/
We have made this case available to order for our distributor in India. So if you haven't seen it there, they may have made the decision to not import it. We often times find local users to have more influence on a distributor's decision to import certain products. So if you want to see this case for sale in India, please contact our distributors and resellers there directly and let them know! www.silverstonetek.com/en/where-to-buy/c_india
We always try our best to convince our distributors to carry our new products, but they will make their own decisions based on their perceived demand for the local market. If you think their judgement is wrong and should import this product into your own country, please let them know about it directly. Often times users requests are more effective than ours!
Yes, you can fit one to the bottom of the case. For detailed information on this case and to download its manual, please visit SUGO 17's product page on the manufacturer website: www.silverstonetek.com/en/product/info/computer-chassis/sugo_17/
If you feel SUGO 17 is a little too big, then please consider the SUGO 14, which is smaller than the SUGO 17 but still fits most 4090 cards: www.silverstonetek.com/en/product/info/computer-chassis/SUGO14/
I wish you'd made an updated FT03 mini that could fit modern GPUs. That design was brilliant and actually SFF, unlike Phanteks Shift X and CM NCore 100
In order to fit modern GPUs, a case layout like the FT03-MINI would have to grow bigger, there's really no way around it unless you sacrifice other aspects of the case such as CPU cooler support or resort to use of riser card/cable for PCIe slot. We did make a spirtiual sucessor to the FT03 / FT03-MINI with the ALTA G1M though that does fit modern GPUs comfortably (but no longer SFF). If you haven't seen it, please check it out: www.silverstonetek.com/en/product/info/computer-chassis/ALTAG1M/
Can you tell me about the included ARB fan controller? Does it control both pwm and ARGB or just ARGB? And up to four fans can be connected, and they are all daisy chained to one PWM sys fan header and one RGB header on the motherboard?
The included controller allows you to have all connected ARGB lighting devices to be controled by the ARGB header on your motherboard. You can connect up to four fans to the controller to be powered, but they cannot be controlled. We have an online manual for this controller, which you can see in the link below: www.silverstonetek.com/downloads/Manual/case/Multi-FARA%20ARGB%20Controller%20Manual.pdf
@@Osama_Samo1 The ARGB controller included with the case uses standard addressable RGB or digital RGB connection. That means it will work with any software included in your ARGB enabled motherboard. If you have trouble setting up your lighting, please write to our support for assistance at: support@silverstonetek.com
We have started sending out samples to reviewers as we didn't want to send pre-production samples. Please also keep in mind that some reviewers will decline our review sample offer if they don't find this product interesting to them or they think their audience aren't interested in it. So if you like to see your favorite reviewers check out this case, best to let them know about it directly!
I feel like this would have been the perfect case if it just included a side window. "USB-C on the front/top + Drive bay for a BlueRay drive + Side window to show see internals" would be perfection.
make a new baller NAS, full size ATX E-ATX and the hole front with drive bays, full hiegth also, and fit longest gpu, power supply and pcie cards, wide but not to tall, just tall enough, for the pcie cards and gpu. like your old rackmounts, and screen cases. i used to own those, back then.
