We need to stop all those SIM centres who are giving Sims to the new customers without having authorised person's BIO metric ID. And it should be made mandatory that the new sim on the same number will be issued to the person who comes along with their original Aadhar card. 3. Collective intelligent steps must be taken by Cyber crime police, State police force and Telecom operators to avoid and reduce such illegal transactions. Once i get job i want to give either my mother or father account to Government for monthly salary and will make sure that the salary account is not connected with any online apps like phone pay, mobikwik etc. I will make it completely offline for withdrawal and deposit. Just got these thoughts after listening to this message.

Correction after new sim activation, mnp or sim upgradation sms is suspended for 1 day or 24hrs time

The porting of network provider or in case of any other reason, when a new sim is issued with existing number, then the biometric matching of Aadhar linked to this number to be mandatory and in case it didn't match, new sim for existing no to be issued. For this online mechanism to be incorporated. Also when porting or duplicate issue, SMS to an alternate no and by emails / WhatsApp to be incorporated to prevent such fraudes
