James Tabor does a wonderful job of explaining this. Also, he explains that the passover that year was on a Friday. Apparently, passover is also a saboth on whatever day it falls. So they had to get him off the cross before the Sabbath on Thursday, and they couldn't come to his tomb until Sunday. He even goes so far as to say John has a more accurate timeline.
I'm looking for type of real explanation to why John is so different not cause its written 30 years later or cause its a different perspective I cant except that there's too man
