His proformance was absolutely amazing in The Mentalist, one moment he is this lovely attractive, innocent and naughty golden retriever, and the next moment he is this dark, broken, vengeful man
Same. It’s so weird coming here after intensively watching The Mentalist and not seeing Jane there. (I mean, he is obviously talking about different things here as Patrick would talk about but still, if I don’t pay attention to what they talk about too closely I just see Patrick 🤷🏼♀️)

So..for the majority of the time i had to pause because i couldnt take it i thought they would die just when they were getting their happy ending. But they didnt die(as you know) so im relieved joyous and a bit mad ngl.

When I watched the Mentalist the first time as they were releasing it I enjoyed it alot When I came back a couple years later and researched every episode I absolutely loved it the little things he does that I didn't really catch first time around Jane can be so compassionate and in a blink can be very cruel to people One of my favorite characters of all time
Its 2020 and due to corona virus i started to watch mentalist , the difference between him in here and the show is just the name and thats something i really like and not all actors can be like that , lets just hope that red John has son that jane didn't know about to bring back mentalist on the screens

Just completed Mentalist Season 1!! How did i even missed the series and him all these days...? This man is one hell of a charmer and performer. Its difficult to take eyes off him and he elevates even average scenes to a different level. He is simply the blonde version of Hugh Jackman, who is one of my all time favorites! That makes him even more special.
My wife and I watched the 1st show and were hooked. Within a couple months, we had enjoyed the entire 7 seasons. How sad it was for CBS to have cancelled it. It would be a huge hit were they to bring it back in 2024.

Time flies, his daughter is an actress now too! She graduated from Yale, if I remember correctly, and will be starring in a new show called The Republic of Sarah that's coming up soon on CW. Can't wait to see her on TV!
Just completed watching the mentalist.. the whole cast and crew was new to me and I had to resent me from googling anything about the show or characters (like their other works etc.) in fear of facing any spoilers.. Simon Baker will forever be Patrik Jane to me ❤️
he has such a great personality along with amazing looks :) i love this guy!!! and its crazy how he has a different accent on mentalist and an australian accent off the show!
He also had a small part in an Aussie show called Heartbreak High almost 30 years ago. I believe he was a teacher for a couple of episodes. Small beginnings - now a huge star.
Finished Watching the mentalist for the 3rd time and damn,I feel so empty! Never felt so hollow when I finished watching any series.. And every time I watch it I truly,madly,deeply,helplessly fall in love with this man.. Even as the character of "Patrick Jane" and in real life as well
