He went from looking great for his age to looking terminally ill. The lip filler appears to be when things started going downhill. Tweaks are one thing but when you’re so unhappy with your looks that you are willing to change to looking unrecognizable, that begins to border on psychological issues.
@@Catlady8 that’s a good point, but i think they see it because they focus on it so much, spend a lot of time analyzing their features and comparing to others. I had this issue when i was around 16-23 yrs old - i used to work out like mad, i wanted the “perfect” body and I saw all these imperfections with mine like hip dips, boobs that imo were too big, and even though on the outside everyone thought i was extremely fit i thought i was fat. However i realized that I was too focused on outward small things instead of holistically looking at my health and happiness. And I was in my twenties. I understand that these celebrities lead totally different lives, the cameras are on them constantly, they deal with a lot of criticism, but they have also normalized it for regular people.
Because they always explain to patients the risks associated with these surgeries and patients sign many informed consents before getting these surgeries.
Simon was a good looking fellow who I thought was aging well. The most recent picture looked like he had had a severe peel to me and hadn't healed yet. It's a pity that people can't just accept that aging is a part of life. He looked fine to me.
People look a lot younger without botox botox just makes them look like they have swollen boxer face and a lot older. Cause the botoxed look is for older people. He looked a lot younger in his 40s without any botox than he does now with the botox. He looked like he was in his 30s now he looks 60s and beat up looking
Looks like they removed his eyebrows and put them back on the wrong way! They need to be switched around again! What a waste of money making yourself look worse than you would have without the surgery!🤔
I’ve never looked at an old person’s face and thought they looked bad. In a way, all old people look beautiful past a certain age. Getting plastic surgery is pretty much the only way to look bad as an old person. The lines on an older persons face really tell a story about how they’ve lived and the primary emotions they’ve felt in their lifetime. It’s really a waste to botox it all away.
Men usually look better as they age and some women too as long as they keep themselves healthy. Simon completely ruined his natural features. It's hard to look at him now without wanting to look away. A surgeon can not recreate what nature does naturally
Ok, but this is the other extreme though. One can embrace looking old as part of life, but to say it's that beautiful? Many old people look fit for horror films with paper thin, translucent, ultra crinkly skin that lies loosely on the little meat they have left that slides down from their bones. I could go further, but you get the picture.
Great analysis. Simon looked good all the way until 2015 and then it started showing. He was a handsome man naturally. It’s too bad the procedure can’t be reversed. I hope he is finally ok with his looks. Best of luck.
@@v1ped I mean being VERY old (60+ for men) it’s hard to still be attractive anyway, but the botox doesn’t make you more attractive and neither does it make you look younger. I have yet to find a person who looks better after getting botox.
Then you worry about nothing. And that’s boring or a true blessing. Simon is still a working man, asking him self how to make our lives alive. Respect him.
In my opinion, 2016 is where things started to get really bad for him. I'm at the age where I'm just starting to get my first wrinkles and imperfections, and it's an adjustment, but I'd rather look old than plastic.
I once took a photo of a very old man in the Maldives. His face was with deep wrinkles all over and his eyes were glowing and so wise. It was the most beautiful face I had ever seen because his whole life was written in it. Just imagine erasing all that.
In America, unfortunately the standard of beauty is shoved down our throats constantly. Getting old is a joke to the young generation. You hear men say they don't want a woman over 35, so women and men resort to these drastic measures to chase a dream of looking young forever.
@@erehistruth2356It's their fault for letting it control their lives. Change starts with how you act and treat others. Everyone in America seems to complain about beauty standards, but do nothing to go against the status quo at the same time.
@@isabellind1292 I disagree. People should see this and face what folks are doing to themselves out of self-hatred and denial of our fundamental condition: that we get older as time passes. @@isabellind1292 I think it is good for people to watch these videos to be dissuaded from considering it themselves. After all, the cosmetic work any of us could afford is going to be nowhere near this "good," and this is already not making folks like Simon Cowell look better. Yes, according to this same Dr., Beckham definitely had work done. I do think one of these videos is enough, I don't recommend watching lots. They are really depressing.
I haven’t seen Simon Cowell for a good couple of years and I must admit I recoiled in shock when I saw that last shot of him. It was a real wtf moment. I feel so sorry for his son who must be really spooked by him. Oh Simon you vain fool.
@skylark I heartily agree. His eyes appear to be staring from the sunken surrounding area, and his cheeks look redicullous. I intend to age gracefully.
Absolutely agree. When people (who actually love you & depend on you) get scared of your face THEN it is time to be honest to yourself and tell yourself, that you are a vain bastard.
This is so sad. It’s makes me sad that today’s celebrity 55-75 year olds are just too embarrassed about growing old to let everyone see what it looks like. This sets a horrible precedent for everyone coming after- “It’s better to be weird looking and un-recognizable than to look your natural age.” Especially when everyone can just google your age anyways. We’ll all be there sooner or later. The one thing we can’t stop, is time. The WW2 generation is gone, now it’s Madonna and Simon Cowell. Time is inevitable.
You haven't seen gen-z? Many are weird and unreognizable by age 16. :) They have more pins, needles, tattoos and other crap in their bodies than that Chucky doll..or that movie..uhh..hmm...Needleface? lol i forgot.
For someone who acts mighty and intelligent then judges so many people, pointing out their flaws, their mistakes, their weaknesses, what they did wrong, what they lacked, Simon is unaware of his own flaws like his vanity which eventually led him to go through plastic surgery that made him look so much worse.

The thing with plastic surgery is that it doesn’t make you look younger, it just makes you look like an old person who’s had work done on their face as opposed to an old person who hasn’t had work done on their face. In both cases the person still looks their actual age, with the difference that the one who’s had the plastic surgery looks more freaky!
A great example of that is Priscilla Presley. The amount of work she has had done does not make her look younger, it makes her look like an old lady who had work done. She's almost 80. Another was Joan Rivers. By the time she passed she was 81 and didn't look anything at all like herself from 30 years prior. Oh, and another was Zsa Zsa Gabor.

What strikes me the most is the contrast between the extreme whiteness of the teeth and the color and texture of his skin . It's brutal and lately I've seen many elderly people with that kind of mis match. It seems that his forehead is frozen by botox . I can't believe wealthy people don't do their research before having these treatments . His surgeon did a very bad job.
I also notice and am often troubled by unnaturally white teeth. Such teeth show what to me is poor judgment in so alarmingly changing one’s facial aesthetic.

This video is a fine example that it’s best to go along a natural route when it comes to aging. I feel like getting anything done to your face opens up a door for more insecurities and then person loses self awareness for when enough is enough. Seem like never in these cases.
I am 27 and due to some very harsh things in my life I started aging a lot faster than my brother for example - grey hairs and also some hair loss. My brother is 35 and has just brown hair, also, has no issues with his life. But I can tell you, this little big of steel hair and loss made me so unbelievable insecure and started this circle of creating even more stress and more hair loss... I think a lot of people just care way to much about their exterior and appearance, instead of just enjoying the life and time we have, and just go along with the beauty that comes with age.
I didn't even know he had any 'flaws' in his early stages till the doctor pointed it out. He just looked like a normal guy. I wonder how much of people going overboard with these treatments is due to shady surgeons pointing out flaws people never knew they had and making them more self conscious. Clinics performing the actual surgery really shouldn't be allowed to diagnose people, it'd be better off if it were a referral clinic who had no financial incentive involving the amount of work people get.
He didn't have any flaws, he had distinguishing features. We're humans. We all look a little different. If your earlobe hangs .2mm lower than average, that doesn't mean you're flawed, it just means your earlobe hangs .2mm lower than average. Calling these facial features "flaws" is like calling the paint job on a car "flawed" because you don't like the color.

I'm forever fascinated that with all the money these celebrities have they get horrible work done. There is no excuse for this unless they want to look unnatural.
They’re always judged and viewed by others. People can be really mean too. It’s a looks and youth centred society. Aging is somehow not allowed unless someone has natural looking work done that people think is someone aging gracefully. Gross term “aging gracefully.”
@@Rumblingbelly They are always being watched by everyone. If we have a bad day, no one is going to notice. If they have one, it'll be in all the tabloids and all over the internet, all around the world. Money also helps. I haven't noticed any effects of aging yet, but I'm close to 30, so who knows... Maybe the wrinkles are right around the corner. I can imagine noticing those wrinkles isn't fun for anyone, but with the resources they have, it's easy to just fix it. *Summary* * *(**0:10**) Simon Cowell's Appearance Changes Over Time (Focus on Possible Plastic Surgery):* The video analyzes Simon Cowell's appearance from 2001 (age 42) to 2022 (age 63), speculating on the cosmetic procedures he may have undergone. * *(**0:10**) Early Years (2001-2012):* The analysis suggests early use of Botox and fillers in his cheeks and under his eyes, leading to a fuller facial appearance. He also shows signs of natural aging, such as jowling, neck fullness, and drooping brows. * *(**3:36**) Mid-Years (2013-2020):* His appearance changes become more pronounced, possibly due to continued filler use and the potential start of weight loss. He also develops platysmal bands in his neck (a common sign of aging). * *(**4:59**) Recent Years (2021-2022):* Cowell publicly stated he was dissolving his facial fillers after his son was reportedly scared of his appearance. However, the video speculates he may have also had a lateral brow lift, upper and lower blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery), and possibly a canthoplasty (to reshape the corner of the eyes). This combination, along with the dissolving filler, contributes to a more drastic change in his look. * *(**7:52**) Why the Changes Are Noticeable:* The video argues the drastic changes are more apparent because men typically don't undergo smaller, gradual cosmetic procedures like women often do. Additionally, procedures around the eyes are delicate and can significantly alter one's overall appearance. * *(**8:51**) Potential Cost:* The video estimates the total cost of all potential procedures to be around $210,000. Hum, great video. It made me understand how people end up in this kind of situation without necessarily being able to control it. Two things I’m taking away: fillers take a long time to break up and in time travel to parts of the face that weren’t initially intended, and the normal ageing process also interacts in time with the procedures. So, things can turn into a mess even if you’re thinking you are being careful. Very illuminating.
