I'm disgusted at Simon cowell for doing that to this lovely guy with a beautiful voice and a beautiful heart, I'm actually ashamed of him because he's British ... He should of put this man through no matter what this guys living arrangements were, ( while Simon goes home to his cosy bed in his huge house, Simon should try living this guys life even for 24hrs,he wouldn't be so quick to judge then would he!!) the people in the U.S. And Us Across the pond would of slammed votes in for him, I know I would!! Why don't you get a petition going on line,let us all hear him properly perhaps in a studio,,then shove that in Simons face, I hope you get to read this Simon... I thought better of you.. But I was so wrong!!
Why not send him to The Voice? All he has to do is make 1 judge turn their chair and he's on the show, right? At least with the voice, the first audition is blind, meaning they turn purely on the voice of the artist, not their looks or other judgmental attributes humans seem to use on people. plus, if it's really only about the "homelessness" why not let him use your address or something?

This man should have been given an opportunity to participate in this regardless of where he lives! Fantastic voice with lots of singing from His Heart!
I JUST got done watching the video in which he sings "everything must change"...my cheeks are still wet from the flood of tears rolling down my cheeks. His voice sent shivers from my scalp to my toes....my very soul was uplifted by his voice and his message.
Unfortunately america is not about talent anymore. It's a shame because this man has it. But this generation is all about praising thr talentless folks. He's better off trying to become an independent artist.
Well done for picking up this man's case. Hope you win the lawsuit. Simon keeps the winners for a year then dumps them for the current year's fresh face so as to keep the momentum going. I stopped watching the show years ago when I realised it was all about that narcissist and really bad music.

hey guys, I just posted another video of your friend, the homeless man, I don't know his name. I love him. I love his light, how bright it shines out from him. I love his heart and spirit and his voice. mostly I love that when I saw him, singing to that lady on the bike on the street corner and what he said about change coming and loving one another, that is how I feel about humans too. I saw the love and sparkle in his eyes. please let him know, to keep his faith and his love alive. please. I saw him in this vid and he looks so sad and rejected and dejected. he's not. don't let that yank/brit keep you out of who you truly are. you are a prince cause your father is the king of kings. I am praying for you and sending you love and light. please don't give up or give in. ever. don't give in to hate or anger. I know you are disappointed but go to another place like The Voice or something. Pharrell Williams is on there now and he's a music producer, so is Blake Shelton. Blake is amazing. His heart is huge. You can see it. I know you probably read people and watch people. you know their body language and when they are honest or if they are caring or not. Sallye Mouk I agree. I watched the video you posted and this world honestly needs more of him. Poor or not. He is a bright and beautiful soul and the world needs to hear his angelic voice. I think that this man has been blessed with a divine gift to sing. Don't give up. God has something in store for you my brother. There is something so much more and better for you than that show. Don't stop what you are doing. God wouldn't have blessed you with that voice if he did not want you to use it. He has something in store for you. Believe and receive that. Maybe you should try Sunday's Best. I don't know what the outcome of it will be, but it won't hurt to try.
I hope u can get somewhere with that, because it shouldnt matter if ur homeless as to whether or not u get accepted. This man has some wonderful talent and he deserves a chance to share it with the world.

Those shows are unfortunately not about real talent, it's about what they look like. I have to say, this is why I like The Voice, it's at least taking out some of the discrimination down. Still, it's idiotic. Yes, time to sue their asses!

This alone is enough to tell people why music in recent times has gone down the drain. Just plain noise, pure n simple. Auto tune from start to finish, absolute nonsense. Go to life shows of this hand picked so musicians they can even sing let alone entertain the crowd. They are two different things if you know what I mean. lest I forget, their voice sound very different in live shows as compared to their cds. Food for thought, if you got talent you sound same in or out of studio. I know a singer when I hear one. Peace

that is ridiculous! this mans voice is amazing! Good luck in whatever you do man. It just goes to show that people really pass up true talent these days for the nonsense that's called "music"!
You know what the real blessing in this is? It's not the guy's great voice, although it is great. It's the guy helping him and all he's doing because he believes in him. He's trying to do something for a friend. That's the real story here.

I wish i knew how to spread this to the world , they seem to only take people seriously when they relize the world takes it seriously.. What a shame , he is amazing and having people like use there to suport and help makes me relize that their are still AWESOME people around and to not give up.

@NiVeA5678 point taken. we was wondering how other homeless acts got on the show but not "Indio". maybe they didn't mention that they we're homeless at the initial audition like "Indio" did, but waited until they met the judges to do so. i don't know. everything happens for a reason so we'll see. thanks for your comment & god bless.

Forget about "the upper realms of the recording industry". They are interested in two things - youth appeal, and quick profit. Look at the Top 10, and you find few vocalists with the talent this guy has.
