No he isnt lip syncing, he is in the subway he is using the acustics of the tunnel listen to him talk after he sings listen to the anouncement in the background. Check out guys going to Parking buildings and tunnels to play the Harmonica they do it for the same reason. EveryONE, weather be homeless or not, deserves respect from others.... There are many homeless people with aazing talent! Making money by singing on the streets is keeping him alive, just a stripper strips to feed her kids... Don't judge others, because you won't like being judged yourself....

A real proof that the system we live in is wrong, money has lost it's purpose a long time ago and we still keep it although it makes the most hard working and loving people the poorest, and the ones who are contributing nothing to mankind the richest. This man should be doing just this what he is doing, he's doing it right, It us, we as a society should be providing for him just as he provides for the souls of the ones listening to him... Such a lot of people here asking how this man can be homeless. And they would pay for concert tickets if this man would become famous. And the next moment they walk by a homeless man or woman without talent and dont mention them a second. THAT IS SICK!!!! If you only have a look for people with talent and no view for the homeless without you never will change a thing. Give a dime a quarter or a bit of that money you are wearing in your pocket to the next homeless you see, that would show respect
He's not. He has an apartment on 8th ave. He sings in the subway because he likes the acoustics and for money to supplement his retirement/social security. Great guy though, and definitely a national treasure!
