If Klopp goes into international management, it will be with Germany. They've wanted him the last few times the appointment came up, but he wasn't ready to leave club management. The moment he is, he'll be offered the Germany role.
💥Pep = Usually has the great starting formation then he makes mistakes with his changes. 💥Klopp = Usually starts with the wrong formation, then makes brilliant changes to fix things. 💥 7Hag = Usually starts with the wrong formation then does changes that make it even worse.
Why on earth would Klopp want to manage England? He would probably rather manage Germany for starters, I could also be wrong but I’m pretty sure he is on a contract with Liverpool as things are earning a fortune anyway
@@mymemories925 why would we want klopp? I'd rather have pep! Klopp is a manager not a Coach that's why Liverpool dipped when his right hand man left! Pep has control over his teams coaching thats the difference and why pep is without doubt the greatest manager ever! And if people talk about spending money! All big teams spend its who you buy and how the fit into a team
Why would he prefer to manage Germany? Because he was born there? He lives in England so he is English and has an English passport! Doesn't matter where you are born or where your family is from! Look at rice, Grealish, sterling, saka! All that matters is where you live
Klopp already said he wants to return to Germany at the end of his career. Becoming world champion and maybe winning Europa with Germany maybe the last achievements he is looking for.
I dont see Jurgen managing England. I think the Germany national team are already waiting for him. His a one off special, as we all know. Mainz, Dortmund and now LFC. LEGEND
I don't know if Germany wants Klopp. Germany has always played their style of football and klopp doesn't play that way. Now maybe Germany is getting desperate as they feel they are being left behind in the football world. But I doubt it. They just haven't developed enough good players lately.
@@doughooper9918 teams will play the style of the manager, it's not like flick and low had the same playing style, they work around the players they have and your right Germany just aren't that great atm but all international football teams will have transition between eras
Yeah. I doubt Klopp nor Guardiola would want to manage England. Germany and Spain are waiting for them respectively. To maintain the high standards of the England recruitment, Frank Lampard should be the next England manager. 😂
@@garyh1572Despite the fact Klopp has said multiple times he will honour the contract unless the club decides otherwise. But no Gary from RU-vid knows better…
I don’t get why they don’t get rid of Gareth now and let the new gaffer have a year with the squad before the Euros next summer. Would probably give England more of a chance of winning.
@@JW-zr4ju Cause he’s about as inspiring as a cardboard box. He’s persevering with players that don’t deserve to be there. He’s failed at two previous competitions as soon as he faced the first challenge. He’s completely inept.
I couldn’t see Klopp leaving Liverpool even after his contract ends in 2026. It would not feel right with him being German, even though he would with no doubt, win the World Cup! With what he has had to put up with from FSG, and what he has achieved against other clubs, is absolutely outstanding & superb too say the least although, I would see him go to Germany. The problem we have is there is not too many great English managers out there to take us all the way to the final and actually win it. Pep would never leave City for an England job either. His heart is set on City. The squad is about right, is the manager right for us?
With what he's had to put up with at fsg ???? They've backed him within their capabilities everytime . You lot are money mad ffs , are club is run really well and far better off than some in the premiership . If klopp wasn't happy then he wouldn't have signed another contract .
They always pick managers who are boring. Klopp is not that. Klopp will play a positive game and English fans will at least get to watch goals. There are enough goal scorers in England to play Klopp football and TAA would be a key in that system. There are not many players that can do what TAA can do and they dont even consider him for the squad. I would like to see it happen.
the Royal family have not as much to do with it but yeah, considering the bulk of the UK is made up of ancestors of Angels and Saxons yeah.... @@tevildo45
Klopp won't leave Liverpool just yet, he has too much passion for the club and the fans. He wouldn't be stupid enough to take that job but will manage Germany one day and England should appoint an English coach to take the job. YNWA!!
Majority of the England roster can play high intensity. Klopp or Pep can fully utilise and bring the best out of the players with their style of coaching. The one thing I’d note is that Pep is not used to playing with weaknesses on his team. They’re immediately gone by the next transfer window. But in international duty, you have to play with what you’ve got. And that’s where I feel Klopp might get poached by Germany team to fix their issue right now. England has amazing talents top down. I don’t feel they have weaknesses. They just need a manager to guide them to a win. And pep is probably that person.
First of all klopp has probably been in the top 3 best managers in the world for the past 10 years or so, However international management and club management is a completely different ball game,in the clubs manager's like pep and klopp have time to implement there style over a few years and normally that's when you really see there teams start to flourish, while there teams adapt to the style no doubt they do look exciting but international football you don't have that time to really establish you're style players from different clubs all coming together for a small period of time, they just want results Straight away, I think they should be considering mourinho or benitez or manager's of that nature.
If there is a vacancy then either would be a fantastic choice if they were intrested , England currently have some fantastic young players many who they both currently coach and you feel we are close to going to the next level
I think a rule should be enforced making it so England can only have an English manager, Spain can only have a Spanish manager, Germany has to use German, French have to use French etc etc.. It was embarrassing for us when we had Sven and Capello, we talk so much about how much we depend on overseas players and managers for our domestic game yet no English manager has ever won the EPL! If England won a WC with a German or French manager it would mean alot less than winning it as a country! How is England planning for the future of English managers if we look overseas for our international team!
Problem is we do have the best England squad compared to our rivals anyway! But apart from eddie howe! I dont see anyone! Potter couldn't survive at Chelsea! Im now struggling to think of another English manager???
There isn’t a top class English manager who won the prem or prems . The manager who should manage England should be a coach who knows the prem , the players and the tactics .
@@GermanChickenwing Klopp...He won everything with freakin Henderson, Milner, free transfers like Matip, relegated players like Robertson, Wijnaldum, Chelsea rejects like Salah and he had to sell his best player (Coutinho) to buy Alisson and Van Dijk and both of them became the best under Klopp.
England dont produce enough elite coaches, and world cup winners have been overwhelmingly coached by their compatriots: Argentina - native coach France - native coach Germany - native coach Italy - native coach Brazil - native coach France - native coach And the list goes on. That isn't a coincidence. You need a coach who can tap into your national psyche to get you over the line, but they can't be bad coaches either. Gareth Southgate doesn't have the aptitude to tactically organise a team. It's actually depressing that someone in his position still chooses such an uninspiring, unimaginative and minimalist style of football. Squad harmony is great and all, but it only means major trophies if it's coupled with tactics that suit the players. England have a lot of talent but play this half baked imitation of italian cross scottish football
@@peterhunt7783 I bet you thought we were going to win the previous Euro's and the WC with this guy too?? He's wasn't a winner as a player and nor is he as a manager.
Nobody, club or country, will ever replace a mediocrity like Southgate with an all-time great like Klopp. It's like going from a Ford Focus to a Ferrari.
Klopp will never manage England. Nor would I want him to. If he ever moves into international football it will be with Germany once his Liverpool contract expires.
Although England have had foreign managers in the past, I would think being that Germany-England is quite a fierce rivalry that a German would maybe prefer not to take that position and instead pursue Germanys job.
It's 2023 not 1943, there is no reason why a German, Argentinian, Welsh, Scottish etc should not be the England manager. If they know the English game then nationality should not be an issue in my opinion.
Ngl I think Postegoclu is absolutely made to be a top international coach. He would bring the fans and team together. I know hes an Aussie but he would be the one with the stones to take England far
Now for me it is no nonsense; we must win at all cost. Bring in an ELITE manager or don't waste our time. We have even won Eurovision since we last won a trophy so as I would ideally prefer an Englishman, let's just win with whatever it takes!
No......he hates Liverpool, mo salah, hendo, klopp and takes turn hating them...depending on which drawer he put on in the morning😂😂😂😂😂 Onc3 he put aside his tinted glasses...he can be bearable for once in a blue moon
no you mean eddie hearn.. its almost like the aj and dillian white thang goin on ..look how many times eddies been on the show already this year.. wouldnt be surprised if he came again on by end of year 😂😂🤣🤣
Pep I actually think he would be interested in the England job! he obviously likes England so wouldn't have to move he's managed here longer than any other club! Hes managed a lot of the England players he chooses a lot of England players in his teams! Hes achieved everything possible at club level now! said he would one day be interested in international management! His links and support of catalonia would make it difficult to manage Spain! And he would be getting England with the best crop of players we've ever had!
@stevenbrown6593 I've seen England in so many tournaments and world cups from 30 years ago! and what I regarded as the big teams in the past Brazil Germany France Argentina Spain Italy Holland I always thought we were inferior! technically we were! but now through a combination of the st gorge academy and were winning world and European tournaments at youth level! Plus I dont think other international teams are as good as they used to be! i genuinely believe England have one of the best squads in world football! So if pep wants to seal his legacy and to win a world cup as the manager of England which has been a poisoned challis! There is no better time to be England manager!
I agrée With you and I said the same thing on this thread ! Pep has managed many players who play for the national team and many who play for Arsenal and Brighton have similar playing styles under Arteta and De Zerbi and some from Newcastle as well. The tactical transition would be the easiest he’s had actually !!! Plus I don’t see many international teams apart from France or maybe Germany with the level of talent England has and many aren’t as strong as they were . This is the best chance England has of winning an international tournament .
As a Forest fan, I’d hate to see Steve Cooper go. But why is no one mentioning him? He’s done incredible at Forest the last three years, and he’s English
Ahh my bad, I thought he was English for some reason. Think it must have been because he managed England U17’s. Would probably slot in pretty well in the England set up
It’s because many coaches here do not want to tactically evolve . The only reason we are now seeing changes is because pep guardiola completely changed the footballing culture here so much that many teams are forced to play differently compared to how they did 20 years ago .
Southgate has been there to long already, far to cautious, you need to take chances to win things. Klopp or Pep would be perfect, they are two of the best managers in the PL.
Anyone is more capable. I don't care for Klopp but it's nothing to do with how good a manager he is, would be happy to have a manager capable of winning something in the dugout.
As a LFC fan, I backed Eddie Howe 10 years ago when he was at Bournemouth. He would be 100X better than Southgate... Part time England Manager during Euro 2024
Tbh....what harm would it be to get Potter........or see how eddie with newcastle fare in ucl....this season.......wc format is knockout tournament..ucl is still that......
Klopp will eventually tale the German job once his Liverpool contract is up. I doubt that he'll take another national coaching job despite many offers that he'll receive.
Can't see Klopp doing that he'll be off to Germany. I do think Brendan Rodgers or Graham potter only if Eddie Howe isn't available being English, and doing extremely well with Newcastle he'd be my favourite but I like Brendan Rodgers although he's a Irishman but his league cup track record is really good.
Bro Eddie Howe is good for only 1 season, wit no title to accomplish, only been back by Saudi infinite fund, getting UCL is not even achievement if you don't win it, manage national team is not like manage club
Laughable how a couple of weeks ago Serena Weigman was first choice, but the FA are now having to look for lesser candidates in the like of Pep and Klopp!
Yes he should leave, time to refresh the stale. He doesn't know when to change a game that is going away, he's also got a good crop of players.... but, what club success has he as a manager 🤷♂️ He's good for the FA as he doesn't speak out of turn Erm what's with Simons fringe by the way 🤷♂️🤦 and casual dress
Klopp always wanted the Germany job, I believe Liverpool know he wants the Germany job and there is understanding they won't stand in his way, my guess is they won't let him go in the middle of the season though.
Not sure about a German being the England manager we have never even been sponsored by Adidas let alone had a german manager, but Klopp is a class manager.
Hear me out ..... if Moyes gets the sack..why not David Moyes ? A solid manager , yes he's Scottish but he knows English football. He will play attractive football. He will keep a good discipline in the team. And he will like the best team available.
As amazing as Pep is I just don’t see how with the limited time he would have on the training ground with the players how he would implement his system, also if he doesn’t believe in a GK or believe an Englishman could be his Rodri/Busquet he wouldn’t be able to do it, I see him as Spain only in the future. Klopp outside of the press doesn’t really have tactics its more energy, commitment and letting talent do its thing so far more suited to international football, Ancelotti would be my pick though, serial KO tournament winner. Even Jose would be a shout yeah he’s dropped off league wise but in Europe he still makes it far every time.
It is actually the opposite. This team is made for pep from top to bottom . Ramsdale as a keeper played under Arteta which is similar to pep but not the same . Rice , saka and ben white too! Rice can mimicking the Rodri role . Man city have 4/5 players in the England set up . That’s already 9 players overall who are used to a similar style of play . Plus those from Brighton and Newcastle. The rest from the other teams will adapt quickly due to their abilities (Rashford , Bellingham, Kane etc etc ). Pep with this group of players will get the absolute best out of them.
Im sorry, yes hes an excellent manager but i wouldn't want a German as England manager and besides we've been down that route before with Erikson and Capello & it didn't work
Why cant Klopp manage england cos hes german? Its not the 40s fuckin hell. If he can manage the biggest or second biggest club in england and win premier leagues/champions leagues that should be enough
With Klopp, England would be finally winning something (again) - potentially every two years! I could see Wenger doing that as well, though. Pep is out of the race, as he wants to coach a South American team...
Howe would be similar to Southgate and make the same mistakes. We won't win anything with either of them. The FA always get it wrong, picking the media friendly nice guy. Klopp to Germany, so maybe Wenger or Mourinho?
