In 1966, when I was managing the Yardbirds, Rediffusion TV decided to make a documentary TV show about me. It meant their cameras following me around all the time, day and evening, and even very early morning. Here, I had barely finished my morning Shredded Wheat, when the crew barged in and started filming. There'd been a problem at Yardbirds gig the night before, one I hadn't been to, and I had to call our publicist and get him to ameliorate the situation with the press.
