That was spot on. Great analysis. I am so glad she has continued on after Tokyo. The break was needed and well deserved but now she can get some redemption and do this on her own terms.

Yes, she has much success behind her and I feel like she is more relaxed to do it for herself more. I hope she enjoyes Paris as well as has a great competition. She is an amazing athlete.

There's a video somewhere on RU-vid and Tim Daggett is commenting, I think it's during warmup for vault in Tokyo. As she's coming down he's already starting to say "whoa" and then after she lands, "she had no idea where she was on that landing". I think it was a no-brainer for her to withdraw, given that situation and how high in the air she gets, etc. But the internet was not so forgiving. She deserved better.

you know, she is going to kill Paris with a minimum of four gold medals. I think she will do another 4 year gymnastics and retire after LA. I would love to see her doing a trip double layout (Shirai III) on the floor.

There is no AI in this. I cut the video using capcut myself and choose the clips I think are interesting and help me analyze. This is all me. I type the script myself but it seems you like it so thanks. All my best.

the rio quad sucked in terms of complete AAers other than simone like her closest competitors were had aly with her bar situation, aliya who phoned-in floor, shang barely getting an FTY around

That’s because the CoP changed dumba$$. And it changed for the worst. The WTC made a concerted effort to limit Biles and the rest of the Americans, yet they still are the best.
