Mags got bottom surgery? OOf, thats usually the great decider. No one tells the whole truth on bottoms surgery. If they can live with the truth, good for them but if not, well theres a statistic for a reason and i find it horrible. i wish they spelled out what that surgery entails

I know everyone on "THIS SIDE" is considered a cadre of villains who are only up to no good, but I hope someone who loves them will really talk Mags out of bottom surgery. My research indicates that it does not seem like a happy ending for anyone that gets it. The genuine success rate of "vaginaplasty" seems to be remarkably small and a veritable damnation to a lifetime of torturous and creepy busywork to keep it from failing still more.
I used to be very liberal on the topic but after seeing "how the sausage is made", I am wholly against that quackery mutilation. Some people go numb, some people are in constant pain the rest of their lives from it.
A lot of folk in Mags' position have come to the belief that disagreeing with them is a mark of literally murderous intent. So it becomes impossible to talk them out of anything. You'd have to spend a lot of time just defusing that bomb before you could get to any actual subject matter.

In comics, it is the quality that gives a property enduring value: likeable characters, a story, a premise, a cool idea, an iconic image, etc. By this definition, Mags has never created anything. She sold snake oil to the Syfy channel and it failed. Nothing begets nothing.
Imagine working for a successful company and still struggling. Every once in awhile a I feel bad for Mags. Then I remember she's tweeted shit like, " We'll trans all your kids." And immediately that feeling disappears.

Some of *her* campaigns begging for donations to pay *her* rent are still active. How can you have multiple campaigns for the same thing open and accepting donations simultaneously? And they accuse you independent publishers of being grifters.
After bombing on TV Mags has no choice but to retreat back to comics. But if she is seen as having lost all her pull in Hollywood then her influence will rapidly decline. A recession will relegate Mags back to obscurity.

Poverty and comics go hand in hand. All they'd have to do to fix this is actually hire talented people to write and draw comics while ignoring their race, gender, politics, or identity instead of hiring or assigning jobs based on a checklist. If they were giving fans what they want, as manga does, then they'd be winning. The problem really began when they stopped seeing their job as a for-profit gig, rather than art as a hobby, a stepping stone to Hollywood, or political propaganda. But everything I'm saying has been said to death, by you, me, and everyone else with a shred of sanity who actually cares about comics. If they don't get why they're broke by now, they likely never will.
