They don't always wear face masks due to covid but sometimes as to not get recognized in public or to just be more comfortable when they are out. It's very common in the K-pop industry tbh.
LiLi Films I think have 2 more videos featuring Jisoo. Here in the PH, we are still required to wear face masks when we are going outside our homes. As for Korea, I believe even before the COVID 19 situation, people are already used to wearing face masks. They normally use face masks when they are sick and as a protection during the cold season, protection against air pollution and fine dusts.
