I based each meal prep off of the cravings I’ve had for the past week!
I incorporated some of my favorite items to make it fun and exciting.

Ingredients:
Honey-Glazed Salmon Bite preps-
2 lbs Salmon, Cubed
2 tbsp, Crowd Surfer all-purpose seasoning
1 tbsp, Onion Powder
1 Tbsp, Garlic Powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Honey-Glaze:
1/2 cup, Honey
2 tsps, Smoked Paprika
1/3 cup, Water
4 Garlic Cloves, minced
2 tbsp, Butter
1 tbsp Cornstarch 2 tbsp butter (Cornstarch slurry)
Sautéed Garlic Green Beans:
1.5-2 Ibs French Green Beans
2 tsp, minced garlic
2 tsps, butter
1 tbsp, Crowd surfer all-purpose seasoning
Plant-Based Preps:
1 yellow bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 orange bell pepper
1 yellow onion
3 bunched kale
3 tbsp, crowd surfer seasoning (divided)
2 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp, garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Avocado oil
