Almond Cookies what will you need:
3 cups of almond flour
1 cup of granulated sugar
3 egg white
Teaspoon of put vanilla
Teaspoon of almond extract (optional)
Zest of one lemon
Zest of one orange
Pinch of salt
Powder sugar
Cook , sing a song and be happy!

This cookie reminds me of a Spanish cookie called Caprichos di Santiago. Just almond flour , sugar & egg whites. Delicious

Very nice recipe! What temperature did you bake them at? We're on Long Island too, out by Port Jefferson. Wishing you, your wife and puppy a Buon Natale!

Thank you we are in Wantagh , Buon Natale to you and your family , i bake them on 365 for 20 minutes if you make them smaller they will be done in 15 minutes
