The key component of confidence is actually vulnerability. We don't want to be vulnerable because we fear judgement. But when we can move past that, when we are willing to be vulnerable. That, to me, is true confidence.
1. You're shy? Think of the most playful, passionate, outrageous, fun person you know. Act like that for 2-3 days. After a while it gets reinforced, and people will notice and compliment you. 2. Prime yourself by using 10 min. 3 min to feel 3 things you're grateful for, 3 min of prayer for your family and friends, 3 min to think about what you want to accomplish. 3. Believe -- know you can do something great. If it doesn't work you'll find the way, if it doesn't make you'll make the way. 4. Whatever you look for you'll find. Ask a question, your mind will come up with an answer. Ask what in your life you can be proud, grateful, excited about. What about that makes you proud, grateful, excited. How do you breathing change you feel this, what's the look on your face when you feel this? How does that feel? How do you speak, what's your life like when you're Proud, grateful, excited? 5. Create momentum. When you're passionate, make decisions there, commit, then make it done in your mind and take massive action, do not make decisions when you feel blehh.
I think the thing with facing fear is this,you need to do it at least once,and trust me on this,once you have done something huge,that elated feeling you get feeling high as a kite & on top of the world,your going to continuously want to get back to the positive state of mind over and over,its addictive,its a natural drug,the issue is if you have never faced fear then how do you know whats on the other side of the wall ? face fear at least once and it starts to become a fun challenge.

I made a decision today, the decision to STUDY my objectives as I would study my exams. Therefore I am more able to memorize all the knowledge and keep track continuosly for my progression. His presentation at 3:52 struck a chord with me. It's the lack of belief that has really been my downfall and why I never took action. I'm almost 53 now and stuck where I am. Having zero confidence and living in scarcity is hard wired into me and there's no way out. Because it's a part of my identity I actually thrive on this scarcity, and as crazy as it sounds it's got to the point that I need the pain of lack because it makes me feel alive.
Start talking positive things about yourself everyday. It will help you develop your confidence. Remember God gave you talent, skills, intelligence, you have a good heart, kindness, etc , you should be proud of yourself. See the goodness within you. Release the negativity and self limiting beliefs. Don’t let these negatives thoughts sabotage the best in you. Be grateful for the good things happening to you, you have a lot to be grateful. In a heart beat once you re-change your conditioning" I find it rather dishonest that Tony can say with a rather overvalued confidence that anyone can change their conditioning in a heart beat. What did he mean by conditioning? What did he mean by physiology? In my mind and on the former, I was thinking of parental and cultural conditioning that runs deep in us and it makes us who we are, respectively. To just let go of it "in a heartbeat" is more illusion than reality. I suspect his followers felt likewise as they were unable to respond to his rapid fire questions on an unrealistic demand. They intuitively knew it was impossible but did not have time to voice their concerns because Tony is not one to pause and his manner of delivering his grandiose ideas are intimidating. It takes many years of psychotherapy and meditation to free ourselves of our conditioning and the machinations of the ego. There is no way in hell you are going to do that by yourself with sheer will power as Tony would lead you to believe. It's unfortunate that his followers are unable to call him out on this and who knows what else. While Tony does offer insights on transformation, I still regard him as the greatest bullshit artist on the planet.
"RESPECT" emerged as my power word. Anytime someone or some people group "disrespects" another -- an injustice occurs. This puts the victim(s) in a position of resentment and in need to forgive. If they choose to hold onto resentment -- they perpetuate their victimhood. If they rise above it, they can offer the Gift of Forgiveness, thereby taking control of the narrative. It is now up to the "forgiven" to show respect by accepting the gift of forgiveness or not. The world is watching. They must acknowledge that they are sorry that their “disrespectful” words or actions were hurtful, and they MUST, by their subsequent actions, make amends or Pay-It-Forward -- that is to say, they must forgive the debts and/or transgressions of others. See the parable of the unforgiving servant in Matthew 18:23-35. Jesus’ life was spent as a living example of Unconditional: Forgiveness, Acceptance & Love.

Tell yourself that You have an eagle mentality, eagles are sharp and can fly, tell yourself in front of the mirror that you are capable of becoming the best version of yourself. You don’t have a chicken mindset , chickens can’t fly high, they’re mediocre. Surround yourself with good people.
