I've had to fix my RRC locks so many times that the actuator sound without muffling of the door card gives me a bit of ptsd. LOL

Open your hood at night with engine running to see if you have any leaking spark from your leads..you will see if you have!😁

You mentioned having a loose plug in the past, was it striped threads? Or just the connection between the plug and the wire?

Like the po didn’t tighten it down enough or it has wiggled loose.
