Maybe you can use honey instead. Also I don't think a table spoon per day will hurt you. Diabetics still need a little sugar once in a while or else you blood sugar can drop too low.

​@@eventplanner461 Thanks but alot of honey 🍯 out there is very fake, so I am awaiting from a family member to get the honey 🍯 from there bee 🐝 hives, then I try it then. Coz he give me honey 🍯 but I used it to ferment the garlic, red onions 🌰 and lemon 🍋.
