Seriously, the concept of context is so important not only in comedy but also in other forms of social media like news and communication in daily life. Kudos for shining a light on this topic!

Wow, this long recording of Kenny talking came a full circle- beginning to end. We started with the idea of "context" adding layers to a certain idea and ended along those lines too. There's just something so beautiful and interesting about Simple Ken that I can't pen down in words, but the mere simplicity of the long recording of him talking is amazing beyond words. Thank you Kenny for coming up with this idea. Been listening since day one and will always continue to in the future :)

So here's another thing I was wondering about: You know people are always saying 'treat people how you want to be treated' or 'be the person you want to meet' I think that this concept is flawed it's not always possible that the other person feels the same way about you as you feel, you might be not as important to them as they are to you so you don't get the same treatment in return. I used to be like that, treating people how I wanted to treated by them but it turns out that it's not how it works. I would love to know your opinion on the same. #simpleken. Here I just want to rant it out! So being the eldest girl in my whole sub-family unit I feel that I'm being constantly watched and judged. Be it my clothes, my male friends or my career. I just don't like people who have zero contribution in my life showing so much interest and disappointment in my failures more than my parents. I'm an engineering student, till now I haven't got any backlogs and performing decent in my academics but still "people" assume that I do have one and think I'm good for nothing. Luckily my Mom has faith in me but due to all this even she starts doubting me. Btw I love Long recording of you talking and has helped me a lot during this pandemic period ❤️✨

I feel I was quite ambitious and competitive last year in everything I do( both academic and curricular activities) . I always worked hard to get prize. This year, I have become completely opposite ...not at all ambitious and competitive (maybe coz I have not gone to school) but my perspective has changed. Now, I have started to focus more on gaining knowledge and less on focusing awards. But, this is a big dilemma coz now I have started to feel that being ambitious is a driving force to help us to grow more. But too much ambition and competitive attitude may lead to stress and depression coz when you can't achieve it, it may shatter you . What are your opinions on this? How to reach a middle ground in this case? #simpleken

Hello Kenny! Tbh this was my first time watching Simple Kenny and I really enjoyed it. I've been following you for years, and this was a side of you that I hadn't seen before and I have the utmost respect to you mate. Firstly this was my first time seeing a more serious side of you and I genuinely like it, I really love your thought processes and your perspectives on the topics it was very interesting to me even if you say it's boring. It's very rare to see a man expecting his 'feminine' qualities, but the fact that you publically talk about it, really shows how well you know yourself as a person so mad respect. Tbh I don't think there is anything wrong having such feminine qualities I feel like it makes you someone that is easier to relate too. I often get told off for being too manly by my parents and they want me to act more girly but I feel like that's what makes me who I am so I can somewhat understand where you are coming from. I love your content and the work you do. You shower a positive light on everyone's day. Keep up the awesome work. Hopefully, I get to meet you someday or come to your shows one day 😊❤

Great episode as usual...Really loved it! You're such a wise soul. Would love to hear any memorable experiences and fun moments while staying with Kanan Anna and Naveen Anna. Just for the background, I hate school because I study in an ICSE all girls catholic school. There is a lot of jealousy and fights are normal. Not many people here support you for doing your thing. Also, what are your thoughts on all-girls and all-boys schools? How does that make a difference in the personality development of an individual compared to co-educational schools. I think an all-girls and an all-boys is a completely foolish concept. Can't do anything about it cause I'm in class 11 and have to complete schooling

So I'm 24 and I don't go out of my house or meet my friends or hang out much. Like going out once a month barely. Idk I'm very confused about it I feel really good spending time outside as well. But I think a lot of it factors to my parents, I've never been out with my friends much so now when I want, I get raised eyebrows and all. I badly want to go on a trip with my friends but till now whenever I asked my parents they have denied. Now I feel I should just go out and explore the world(metaphorically) and not listen to my parents (now that I have started earning I feel this is essential for my personal growth). But that kills me a bit as well because I love them and respect them a lot so it feels really bad going against them. Hey, I am 19 and I live away from my family in an another country. I have been searching for a lot of things since I have come here. One of the things that really concerns me is, what exactly is the right right. When you said, everyone has the freedom of expression, yes. At the same time every single thing in this world has a counter of its own. Every. There has to be a common understanding of reality form which most people drift away calling it " Their opinion". The drama of opinions is so "bizzare" cause anyone and everyone can use it as an excuse. Since I am on my own and have to deal with such things on a daily basis where I just cannot relate with anyone , things tend to become really gloomy. The weight of your own thought is overpowered or oppressed by your very own thought that it might be not right. This applies to the simplest things in life . How do you develop an understanding for yourself, that yeah, I am right, this is me. The credence with which you deliver the podcasts is adorable. But it is also true that there are people who would literally deplete the beauty of what you said just because they too are really strong believers of their own. #inmyopinionlol :/ Btw:) You are doing an amazing job out there and i watch your podcasts really often. #simpleken

And I have watched every one of your episodes now, yes, bizarre is bizarrely your signature word. But, it's wayyy better than having "you know" as your signature. I'm a big fan of talking and listening to people, so the length of this non-pod never dissuaded me. Please keep this up. I shall use my first comment to you and ask a question. Do you think balance/wisdom comes and should only come over time? I mean being balanced in how much we want to love and how much we want to achieve. People and work and ambitions are all equally time consuming. Does trying to be balanced contain a risk of being mellow, either with your ambitions or as you mentioned, ending up neglecting people we care about? Oversimplifying this: having fun vs working hard. Also, I admire how you tried to be financially independent from a young age. Would like it if you can talk about that too, how you built your financial identity chip by chip. Love and thanks! :D @
