Simple Maggi Masala Recipe • Masala Maggi • Veg Maggi Recipe
2 tsp butter
1 cup mixed vegetables (Onion, corn, bell peppers, green chillis etc.), chopped
3 packets of Maggi noodles
1 cup milk
1 cups hot water
1 tsp chilli and oregano flakes
Fresh coriander leaves
3 packets of Maggi tastemaker (included in the Maggi noodle packets)
Instructions:
1. Heat 1 tsp of butter in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add the mixed chopped vegetables to the pan. Stir-fry the vegetables until they are slightly tender. Remove the fried vegetables from the pan and keep them aside.
3. In the same pan, add 1 cup milk and 1 cup of hot water and 1 tsp of oregano and chilli flakes. Bring the water to a boil.
4. Once the milk is boiling, add 3 packets of Maggi noodles to the pan. Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the packet until they are soft and the water has mostly evaporated.
5. Now, add the fried vegetables back into the pan with the cooked Maggi noodles.
6. Sprinkle the Maggi tastemaker (from the Maggi noodle packets) over the noodles and vegetables. Mix everything well so that the spices are evenly distributed.
7. Add chopped coriander leaves to the Maggi and vegetable mixture. Stir well to combine and let it cook for another minute.
8. Turn off the heat and transfer the Vegetable Butter Masala Maggi to serving bowls.
9. Serve the Vegetable Masala Maggi hot and enjoy!
Feel free to garnish the Maggi with chopped cilantro or grated cheese before serving, if desired. Adjust the spiciness according to your taste preference by adding more or fewer green chilies. Enjoy your delicious and flavorful Vegetable Butter Masala Maggi!
