A little fast for my beginner skills but it's well explained so slowing the video really helps and i'm getting some good results so thanks for making this tutorial!
Awesome, I have to test this. Just a quick question, You can do the same widebody in a car imported (fbx, obj, etc) from other program or the original car have to be made in Blender first?
when i try to add a mesh it doesnt like me connect it to the body :( i was trying to build a widebody for my bmw 1m. I wanted to 3d the kit and make fiberglass molds from the 3d print :(
I wish I would have learned it 20 years a go when it became open source. Now I have a 3d scanner and don't know how to use Blender. Got pretty good with fusion360 and Freecad but I think I need a mesh editor. Good video btw
Have you ever tried Meshmixer? What's the go-to software for 3D printing and modeling on cars? I'm looking to make a RWB Porsche 944 turbo (951) kit this winter.
hello I'm having trouble with the extruding, after I extrude it I am unable to see the extra vertices that you use to then shape the wide body did you happen to press a hot key or something?
ok after a long time i found you the solution my brother you will have to extrude it inwards not outwards or any axis just inward and you will see the result
If I purchase a STL file of a 1/12 mustang model will I be able to do something like this ? I’m so new to this world just looking for some info. Thanks!
Hi i when i try to shrinkwrap it doesnt "stick" to the car even tho im on the same axis as you are and do exactly as shown :/ can it come from the model i'm using ? don't really know what to do to fix that

@@DamianMathew wow 🇩🇪, been there once in 2016, on a short trip. Travelled a few cities and towns like FRANKFURT, HANNOVER, BIELEFELD, DETMOLD, and of course BERLIN. Visited a factory in DETMOLD by the name MTI. Nice country 👍🏻
