Thank you! A ring light doesn't provide a strong stream of light that a video light would since the ring light is missing the middle part so to speak. A panel video light will provide more even coverage.

It's just plywood type of shelving material but you can use foam core boards or anything flat, smooth and white

I don't get it, when you take the photo everything looks very dark and pale, and later you show some pink colors, the before and after is huge, but you don't explain the process to.
