Simple Remedies For Balding & Hair Loss | Dr. Mandell 

I love you Doc, your remedies work, but I’m having a hard time taking advice to grow my hair back from a bald guy!😂😂😂😂

My hair reduced falling after I did these things. I used natural hair masks like avocado and yogurt. I avoided combing my hair when it was wet to prevent it from breaking. Once a week, I rubbed my scalp with hair oil. I cleansed my hair once or twice a week with liitlleexttra cocoonionn shampoo.

I will trust you 100% on this one if you start to grow full hair doc.

There's a lot of improvement in my hair. I have been using serum of reactivate of liittllextraa now 4 months. It has become routine. Especially, very little hair fall that you can't even notice. Furthermore, my hair has grown longer with new hair growth and volume has specially increased. I am very excited with the results.

Me : never take advice form a bald guy on how to grow hair. Me also: always take advice form a bald guy on how not to lose hair.

Rosemary oil, massage into your scalp 5 drops of it twice a day for 6 months. Worked for me. I am 55 years old. I went through two mini bottles of rosemary oil. The hair stopped falling out.. So nice

I watched myGrandpa do this with acv diluted in a bowl for years.❤ He lived to be 103 and passed away 1/21/23. Thanks doc you brought back good memories.

I have been using Aveeno Apple Cider Vinegar Shampoo approx. three years now and I have a full head of hair. I also take mega doses of Saw Palmetto, which is also good for hair growth. No one is questioning that clogged hair follicles may exacerbate the challenge of hair loss, but the actual, scientific truth is that male pattern hair loss is caused by how your body converts testosterone into dihydrotestosterone (DHT). An excess of DHT. Those who experience hair loss, often with aging, are genetically predisposed to having that excess DHT limit the follicles' ability to grow hair. People with full heads of hair their whole lives simply aren't sensitive to DHT in this way. Dudes like me....are sensitive. No amount of apple cider vinegar on the head will stop this process, if you have this predisposition, your only hope is 1. Reducing the enzyme (alpha 5 reductase) that affects DHT conversion in your body (finasteride, dutasteride, maybe saw palmetto), 2. Microneedling with minoxidil (combine these with finasteride, ideally), 3. doing platelet therapy, or 4. getting a hair transplant. Good shampoos, vitamins, unclogging pores...all important, good stuff to do...but they're add-ons, at best.

Well we know this don't work because he is still bald!

Apple cider vinegar won’t do anything for hair it’s an old wives tail. If your going bald just rock bald head. Change how you take of your hair ask you own doctor. I agree on brushing your hair helps blood flow all so helps with getting rid of dead skin plus you losing hair could be something as simple as your shampoo or a condition you may have. There is no harm in ask your own doctor or even a hairdresser/barber might help. But for those with sensitive scalp I would definitely talk to a doctor and not trying if you do try doing a patch test.
