This is great content. One thing I can't find a lot of info on is recovery after this surgery. While it's minimally invasive the full impact of surgery seems to be downplayed in the endo community. Can doing a particular type of exercise too soon cause any damage to the good done in surgery? Should patients expect to feel pain in the ovary region while it's healing? What if you have Mirena IUD and progesterone to suppress ovulation..what might the patient expect in relation to pain while healing ?
