many of you have asked for my tiramisu recipe and here it is now:)
There are certainly countless versions but personally I liked this recipe best :D

Measurements of my oven dish: 20x30cm (6cm height)
Ingredients for the filling:
• 750 g of mascarpone
• 400 g of cream cheese
• 400 g of cold whipping cream
• 100 g of powdered sugar
• 1 packet of vanilla sugar or 1 tbsp of vanilla extract
• 16 tsp of whipped cream stabilizer
For soaking:
• 250 - 300 ml of espresso / strong coffee / cocoa
Also:
• 200 g of ladybiscuits
1,5 - 2 tbsp of cocoa powder for dusting
