INGREDIENTS
Tomato-2 numbers
Garlic-5 clove
Chilli-2 numbers
Onion-1 number(Small size)
Mustard oil- 1 tablespoon
Salt- As per taste
PROCESS
1. Heat a pan then add garlic,tomato & chilli.Roast it for 5min in medium flame
2. After 5 minutes turn off the flame & keep it in a bowl. Remove the skin of tomato
3. Add some chopped onion, chilli, 1tablespoon of mustard oil, salt as per taste & mixed all together
4. Serve this chutney with Rice, Roti .
