Sulphate free shampoo is damn expensive. I always use a sulphate shampoo then follow up with my moisturizing and oiling. Otherwise it's important to use a sulphate free shampoo

If you wash once a month, sulfate shampoo won't be all that bad, especially of you use lots of oils. If you're someone that washes weekly,then you'd have to stop . I agree,sulfate free shampoo are expensive

First figure out why it’s shedding. If it’s as a result of nutritional deficiency, stress, hormonal imbalance,etc. Identifying the trigger can pretty much help you know what to do. Then for topical treatment, you can use black or green tea rinse on your scalp once a week. You can also use coffee. Do this treatment on a clean scalp, then condition your hair afterwards so it’s not dry.
