Might try this one out in a few days, too!! Will update on how it goes ^^ Update: it turned out well!! Certainly not a normal ice cream, with both its texture and taste, but it was good and definitely worth a try!! Its also okay to use cornstarch instead of sweet potato starch, too ^^ The recipe is a bit small for more than one person, so I may make this again in the future and experiment with it a bit
I did not expect people to actually find this comment ahaha. Unfortunately I do not have any updates because of some things happening and also because I was simply procrastinating,, ill update sometime soon!!

Tried a few recipies already. They are easy to make and let me just say, I love the asthetics of your videos. You present food with apreciation and delight. Thank you for your hard work!
This has reminded me of the time when I was still young at around 6 years I used to make this ice with my little magic of just milk, drinking chocolate and sugar which eventually was frozen into ice all it tasted yummy 🥰 all I can say is that I am proud of the little me💖 and I can't wait giving this a try as well
just made this and i just wanna say its amazing, although i had to use flour and vanilla extract instead of vanilla oil and potato starch, it came out pretty good :)
Pour half and a glass of milk on the pan add two tablespoons of sugar stir and simmer until it starts boiling. Lower the heat. Add a teaspoon of gelatine powder and stir until it dissolves in milk. Take it from stove pour to cups. Wait until it cools down to room temperature, then put them in the freezer for two hours.
Thanks for the video. Could you please show the measurements of all ingredients in the description too? So we can prepare all ingredients and follow your video easily to make it? thanks
@@islandisla9307 I was recently looking up stuff about food safety for raw fish, and my understanding is freezing is mainly to kill parasites, but it won't kill bacteria. Also, it requires freezing at at least -4 degrees Fahrenheit for a week, or at lower temperatures for less time like -31 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 hours, and other similar variations. I know none of the freezers I've ever had have gotten that cold. And while it doesn't kill bacteria, it does help prevent growth while it's frozen. But yes, as you both saw, it was boiled so should be fine in this case.
Just put mine in the freezer! Weirdly enough it took mine about half an hour to get to that consistency when cooking in the pan... Hope it turns out right! Fingers crossed!
@Diagon Alley it turned out really good! It's easy to make and tastes amazing. I could taste the egg a little bit, but I believe it was bcz I knew it was in there, I asked my brother if he could taste the egg and he couldn't. I've never succeed in making ice cream and this one finally came out good. I would definitely recommend making that!
wow gonna try this! i wanna make coffee flavored, i can just replace the vanilla oil with 10g black coffee powder right? or mix the coffee with the milk?
I've actually done this before with with the milk, sugar and egg white only! I did not use vanilla. It was really tasty! Ik it might not be like ice cream but I just call it 😅
